3. Payments and Refunds
- Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice schedule.
- Work will only begin after an initial deposit is received (if applicable).
- Completed projects or milestones are non-refundable once delivered and approved.
- Any overdue payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
4. Revisions and Client Responsibilities
Clients are entitled to the number of revisions specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra costs. Clients must provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
To ensure high-quality results, SwanWeb Studio follows a structured development process consisting of the following stages:
- Planning – Understanding client requirements and project goals
- Analysis – Reviewing technical feasibility and defining specifications
- Design – Creating layouts, prototypes, and user experience workflows
- Implementation – Developing the project according to approved designs

This structured workflow ensures projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned with client objectives.
